The Toronto City Council decided today to meet with labor officials "in camera" which is government speak for "in secret". Miller decided to finally talk to someone.
In secret? Hey Dave... Big secret? We know they are on strike!
I've always thought "in camera" was a very odd description of any occurrence that perforce happened only out of the range of any camera.
By the way, in case anyone didn't already know it, anything said and done by any government that officially can't be recorded - is never very beneficial to the governed.
