Dumbocracy in action. - hypocrites #2

Contrast the Cornservative position with their counterparts in the USA Senate. Last week, Stephen Harper the future former Prime Minister in Canada, screamed that the idea of an opposition coalition to dump his sorry ass from office was undemocratic. His pitch to the stupid Canadian voters actually worked since Stephan Dion got dumped by the Liveralls. What has happened this week?

Harper then announces that they will appoint 18 new Senators before Christmas. Its called stacking the Senate. This was something popular with many Prime Ministers were it not for the fact that it was the Manning led Deform Party that split from the Proroguess Cornservatives because they wanted an elected Senate and that all Senators come from Alberta.

Harper along with Jack Layton claimed to be champions of Senate reform. Harper is a hypocrite.

I wonder if Mr. Harper will appoint himself to the Senate? After all, it's cash for life and lots of perks.

Nah, probably not.

Although you could never tell from his facial expression (apparently he was only capable of learning one of those) he seems to really enjoy ordering everyone around and handing all of our cash, not to mention our children's and grand children's and great grand children's cash, over to his neo-con friends and future benefactors...

...with the full backing of the Senate, of course.

It's difficult to imagine how anyone in a position of public trust could be so utterly deceitful on this, of all issues!
