Why are me and Conrad Black the same? We both don't pay Canadian taxes this year. Ah Rich or poor we are equal.

Well, you aren't exactly equal.
After all, you're a Canadian citizen and Conrad Black isn't ...not that he'd have to pay any taxes if he actually was a Canadian. He's way too rich to pay taxes anywhere.
On the other hand, judging from current events it appears you're actually superior in this regard.
