A conscientious friend sent me the link for a downtown live camera of New Awleans. Unfortunately a good idea winds up being twisted by the obvious reality of the situation.
It is a link to be appreciated. But in a rainy hurricane, visual impairments abound. C'est la vie.

Oh My Sweet Flying Spaghetti Monster! The French Quarter has been invaded by aliens and their spaceships look just like water droplets!
I'm just curious. Why didn't you put in the link, so the picture would be constantly updated every minute or so, instead of a jpeg?
I suppose it's probably a limitation of the blog software.
