UFO's will not appear anywhere in the United States anymore. The new Homeland Security efforts degree that anyone enterring the United States by aircraft must have a passport or similar secured document of identity. Plus they will have to be fingerprinted. Such aliens don't normally carry any Terran passports, nor do they have fingerprints.
Any UFO landing in the USA as such will now be illegal.
